I had an entire book post wrote out and still didn’t even have this week’s weigh in video posted. I have lots to say but I decided to keep that stuff separate even though it intertwines with today’s weigh in - week #12. So tomorrow I’ll post all that other stuff that was running around in my head today. For now I’ll keep it short and sweet and get right to the point.
Without further adue here is my weigh in for week #12:
I can’t believe I forgot to post about the greatest salad to ever live I had a girls day out Tuesday the 23rd with a couple other awesome bloggers – Angel & Mary (luv ya girls!) and we went to Garfields for lunch. I couldn’t decide on which salad I wanted for lunch and I’m so glad I decided on the chicken quesadilla salad – it knocked my socks off! It was super super yummy! Probably NOT the healthiest salad (although really the only ‘bad’ thing on it was a handful of crushed tortilla chips and the quesadillas on the side oh and the dressing but I used the ‘fork’ method – dipped my fork and spread it around on the salad instead of dumping the salad dressing so I ended up using about 1/4 of it instead of all of it like I normally would).

I’ll definitely be having that again sometime! I honestly can’t tell you how yummy it was! I’m drooling just looking at the pic. LOL
I didn’t have a chance to get this posted yesterday after I took the video. I didn’t do a very good job taking the video myself…just wait til the end of it when you get to watch my lips talking but don’t see my head! LOL Usually my kiddo does the videos for me but he was at school by the time I took the video.
Weigh In #11 Video:
I’m not entirely sure how I feel about this week’s weigh in. On one hand I’m proud of the weight I’ve lost so far but on the other hand I’m really disappointed that the loss was so low this week. I could handle a little loss (or no loss) if I had been cheating and not following the Weight Watchers program or not exercising but that’s not the case! I’ve been an exercising maniac! Last week I walked 19 miles plus worked out on my Wii Fit Plus several days. This week I’ve walked but not nearly as much as I had planned to walk by today.
But I did take my measurements and those results put a big grin on my face
Arms: 15 3/4″ (down .25″)
Chest: 54 1/2″ (down 1.5″)
Thighs: 28 1/2″ (down 2.5″)
Stomach: 53″ (down 2.5″)
Hips: 50″ (down 2.5″)
Total Inches Lost: 9.25
Wowsers I was not expecting that but I’m geeked!!!! So now my grand total inches lost all together is 13! Not bad, not bad at all.

I came across this song called You’re Unstoppable an purchased it from Amazon.com. The words are super inspiring & motivational. This has been added to my iPod. Anytime I feel like giving up or start losing my motivation I’m going to play this song and remind myself that I am unstoppable! Because I am!

Ok I’ve got three issues that I need to take care of and what better way to get input and feedback to ask all my bloggy friends. I’ve asked on Facebook already about one of the issues and got tons of awesome feedback but I’m looking for all the input I can get.
Ok I’m totally slacking on doing weekly weigh in videos! This is the 2nd week in a row that I’ve chosen to just snap a pic of the scale instead of doing a video! I really need to get back on track and start doing my videos again – I miss making them! It’s just so much quicker to snap & pic & throw it up!

Beginning Weight (1/4/2010): 313.2 Total Loss To Date: 32.2 lbs
I’m oh so clooooooose to getting out of the 280′s and into the 270′s (somewhere I haven’t been in a really really loooooong time!!!). So my goal for this week is to continue increasing my exercise (have you seen how much walking for exercise I’ve been doing lately) and hopefully that will put me into the 270′s next week
Wow! I can’t believe that I have actually accomplished some walking for exercise. You’re probably laughing and thinking ok walking is no big deal, it’s just an every day ordinary thing. Well for me it’s not!
Over on my Adventures of a Single WAHM blog I shared a story about the last time I tried walking for exercise (it was back in November when I was 30 pounds heavier) and how sad and pathetic it was. To make a long story short I barely made it 100 steps from my house when my legs gave out on me & I fell! I sat on the side of the road (mind you I had 2 dogs with me too & they just looked at me like ‘are you serious’!) and cried and hated myself and was completely humiliated when a car drove by!
I haven’t done an ‘according to the Wii’ post since January 16th so I figured it’s time to check my progress from those first Wii results to today’s results!
According to the Wii – January 16, 2010
I’m obese
My Wii age is 52 (which according to the Wii that means my body is a lot weaker than my real age…or something like that)
My BMI is 55.5
According to the Wii – March 16, 2010
I’m still obese
My Wii age is 34
My BMI is 48.6
My results today are a lot different than they were when I first started out! I love that my BMI has went down soo much. I could really care less about my Wii age although it’s nice to see that measuring up to where I’m at in real life.
I still love my Wii Fit Plus. It’s still my main form of exercise but I think I’m ready to start incorporating some other forms of exercises now! I’m going to start doing some regular walking (outside, not my indoor walking exercise tapes) but I need some other things to do as well!
