Oh yeah baby! I’ve clocked 6 miles (walking/jogging) in the last 2 days. It’s been a long time since I’ve walked outside and this is the first time I’ve jogged outside. It’s a completely different experience doing it outside and I’ll gladly take my treadmill inside at the gym any day! It’s a lot harder on me walking/jogging outside! My shins are bugging me again (not as bad as they were in the past), my back is sore and I have a huge blister starting on my left foot
Of course this could all be because I was doing it at a super fast pace, way faster than I’m used to on the treadmill! My pace was 3.67 miles per hour! When I’m on the treadmill I only walk at 3.0 – 3.2 miles!
Ok but enough complaining about the pain. I feel great for the most part! And I’m even more excited because my best friend is up for the weekend and just recently started exercising (walking/jogging) about two weeks ago. Yesterday was the first time she’s ever walked 3 miles and even though she was sore this morning she still got up, got out there and did it again! I wish I could walk and exercise with her every day but we live about 3.5 hours away from one another so we can’t!
Anyways, I feel like I’m starting to really get my groove back. Now I’ve just got to 150% completely get back on track with my eating and things will be marvelous
