According To The Wii Fit Plus

I haven’t done an ‘according to the Wii’ post since January 16th so I figured it’s time to check my progress from those first Wii results to today’s results!
According to the Wii – January 16, 2010
- I’m obese
- My Wii age is 52 (which according to the Wii that means my body is a lot weaker than my real age…or something like that)
- My BMI is 55.5
According to the Wii – March 16, 2010
- I’m still obese
- My Wii age is 34
- My BMI is 48.6
My results today are a lot different than they were when I first started out! I love that my BMI has went down soo much. I could really care less about my Wii age although it’s nice to see that measuring up to where I’m at in real life.
I still love my Wii Fit Plus. It’s still my main form of exercise but I think I’m ready to start incorporating some other forms of exercises now! I’m going to start doing some regular walking (outside, not my indoor walking exercise tapes) but I need some other things to do as well!





You are definitely improving there. And I think you’ll be excited to know that in April we’ll be doing a Wii Fit challenge on my blog. I have a PR company sending me a few Wii Fit workouts to try and review so what better time to get everyone involved.
Oh yea and get ready for the rebounding challenge too. I’ll be posting about it at the beginning of the week but since I’m here we are doing the challenge the last week of March.
