Guacamole Turkey Bacon Wrap Recipe

Recipes that are compatible with weight watchers is pretty simple to do. All you need to do is take a ‘regular’ version of a recipe and exchange out the full fat ingredients for low-fat versions. That’s the case with this Guacamole Turkey Bacon Wrap that I love so much!

I don’t remember where I found this recipe but it wasn’t a recipe with weight watchers points so I made my own version with reduced-fat cream cheese and turkey bacon and then just figured out the points from all the different ingredients.

It’s been one of my fave things to whip up for a quick lunch. The only thing I’ve noticed is if I eat it alone then it doesn’t fill me up. So I eat it with some soup, cottage cheese, fruits/veggies – whatever I feel like to make it more of a filling meal.

I just made these for my mom and I and I can’t believe that I didn’t snap a pic of them! How boring to share a recipe with NO pictures! Next time I make them I’ll have to snap a few so I can share!

Guacamole Turkey Bacon Wrap

2 slices turkey bacon
1 tortilla shell
2 tablespoons guacamole
2 tablespoons vegetable garden reduced-fat cream cheese

Cook the 2 slices turkey bacon on high in the microwave for 2.5 minutes and set aside. (cooking time will vary).

Take your tortilla shell and spread the guacamole and garden vegetable cream cheese on it. Put lettuce and tomato on next. Top with the turkey bacon.

Roll the tortilla shell up and enjoy!

Weight Watchers Points:

2 slices turkey bacon – 2 points
tortilla shell – 3 points (this will vary depending on the size and kind of tortilla shell you use)
2 tablespoons guacamole – 1 point
2 tablespoons reduced-fat garden vegetable cream cheese – 2 points

Total Points: 8

As I mentioned above I always add fruit, veggies, cottage cheese – something else to help fill me up when I have this.

Sounds fabulous. I wonder how non-dairy cream cheese will hold up in this (my tummy can’t handle dairy)…must try!
