Week #8 Weigh In – I LOVE The Scale Again

So this love/hate relationship I have going on with that big ole evil inanimate piece of metal (a.k.a the scale) is back to the love stage this week! It’s about time it was nice to me! I’m so excited I can hardly stand it. lol I can’t believe I’m only .2 lbs away from having lost 30 pounds! 30 pounds! Wow!

Here’s this week’s weigh in video:

Next week I’ll be taking measurements again. Or I might wait a couple more weeks. We’ll see what that nasty thing the scale does to me next week. If it’s not nice I’ll get out the tape measure. If it’s nice I’ll probably wait a little longer.

    I just have to say that you’re doing so great! You’re shedding all sorts of weight, if you know what I mean, and you’re doing GREAT!

    When I think of what we are teaching our kids by doing this, it makes me really happy. They are going to be so glad that we are taking care of our health.
