Step 360 Product Review

Step 360 Platform I recently – ok it’s been awhile, probably back in November – had the opportunity to review the Step 360 product/program. It was created by fitness celebrity Jessie Pavelka.

He took an old idea – step aerobics – and put a new spin on it. From the website:

More than two decades ago the original Step changed the way millions of people worked out. Now the Step360 is set to transform fitness once again. The secret: A revolutionary design that marries two adjustable air-filled chambers with a flat, padded platform. It’s one part ab machine, one part butt blaster, one part thigh trimmer and a total-body training tool. You’ll burn hundreds of calories each workout while firming your muscles and flattening your abs.

Product Overview:

  • Step 360 – features two adjustable air-filled chambers, topped by a sturdy padded platform.
  • Step360 Fast Interval Training 6 programs on 1 DVD – (1) Cardio Accelerator, (2) Love Your Belly, Butt & Thighs, (3) Turn Up the Burn, (4) Tone Up In 10, (5) Body Sculpt Blaster & (6) Speed Slimming Sculpt
  • Step360 Sculpting Cord
  • Step360 Weight Loss Success Guide
  • Lose a Jeans Size by the weekend 2 programs on 1 DVD – (1) Ab Blast & (2) Cardio Explosion
  • 7-Day Express Guide
  • LifeMax Vitamin & Vitality Formula 7 Day Supply

Who This Product is Suitable For

Definitely not me and anyone weighing more than 300 lbs (the weight limit is 300).

I think if you’re smaller, have good balance, great core muscles and like doing step aerobics this is right up your alley.

Overall Thoughts

I had a horrible time trying to review this product! It was so hard for me to use. The platform was moving around too much & I just couldn’t keep my balance. The exercises were really hard. Again, that’s because I couldn’t keep my balance. My son certainly had a good laugh that’s for sure ;-) I feel like I can’t give the Step 360 a fair review because it was so difficult for me.

I’m also up in the air about the price. Don’t get me wrong – you get a ton of stuff but if you’re looking for something inexpensive this isn’t it. It’s $119.96 (+ $19.99 s&h). Is it worth the price? Again, I feel like I can’t give a fair answer on that because I wasn’t able to use the product very much.

One last thing. There was so much product (DVD’s, the ‘vitamin’ things – which I did NOT use and won’t because I’m kind of skeptical about things like that – the stretch band, etc) that I don’t think I gave the Step 360 a fair enough try. It was so overwhelming and I didn’t know where to begin so I just picked an exercise and started. I think to be really fair about the product review it would take a lot longer than I gave it!

So, I’m not giving it a thumbs up or a thumbs down. I’m in the middle on this one.

Maria – Sometimes the best things in life are free :-) I enjoy walking outside too and especially like that it’s free! With that being said I did buy the Wii and Wii Fit Plus and I absolutely looooove the Wii Fit Plus.
