Weight Watchers Week 2 Weigh In

I’m not going to lie and say that things have been going great and that things are going good. I’ve been struggling a lot. There were a couple days last week that I thought I was going insane because the food issues (compulsive eating, binge eating) were so bad. I was saving up all my points so that I could use them all at once in a binge. The compulsive eating is an issue every day. Things are going ok. I’m still following the program but some days these food issues feel bigger than anything I can handle – and they are. As a Christian I’ve learned that I have to take my problems to God and I have been. Unfortunately God doesn’t always answer prayers quickly and I still have to do my part for Him to work in my life/issues. All I can say is that I’m taking things one day at a time …
